Returns & Replacements
Because of the personal nature of our product, we offer a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your wig. We accept wigs postmarked within 10 days after you receive it, provided it is returned unaltered and unworn with original tags intact. Shipping is not refundable. To help you find the Freeda you love, you may also exchange your wig within 10 days of receiving it for one up to the same value. Shipping is free (for US orders) when exchanging. Warranty
Wigs are warrantied for 6 months against all manufacturing defects. Discontinued wigs are not warrantied.
