How quickly will my wig be shipped?
Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Based on the type of shipping you've chosen, your wig will arrive with the estimated transit schedule below.
- Standard U.S.: 4 to 14 business days after shipping
- Expedited U.S.: 2 to 6 business days after shipping
- Two-Day U.S.: 2 business days after shipping
- One-Day U.S.: 1 business day after shipping
How do I know what style and size wig to order?
Wigs come in size small, medium and large.
- Small wigs are 21" in circumference
- Medium is 22" in circumference
- Large is 23" in circumference
Measuring your head for the perfect fit is an important step in choosing your perfect Freeda. Follow these easy steps to measure your head. If you are in between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size.

Does Freeda offer a return policy?
Yes we do.
Because of the personal nature of our product, we offer a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your wig. We accept wigs postmarked within 10 days after you receive it, provided it is returned unaltered and unworn, in it's original condition, with original tags intact. Shipping is not refundable.
To help you find the Freeda you love, you may also exchange your wig within 10 days of receiving it for one up to the same value. Shipping is free when exchanging. To take advantage of our exchange policy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I return a wig to Freeda?

We want to make the return process as easy as possible for you. When sending the package to us, please include your full name, billing/shipping address, and order number or email address. This information will help us get the refund to you as soon as possible. If you are exchanging your purchase for a new item, please tell us the style, size and color of the new item that you would like.
Do you ship overseas? How is shipping calculated?Yes, we do! There is a shipping calculator at checkout that is based on the buyer's zip code.
Can your wigs be dyed?Our wigs can usually be dyed. It is best to let experienced professionals do the dying. We recommend testing a small lock of hair on the underside of the wig.
Can I come into your showroom and try wigs on?You are welcome to visit our showroom. We have many styles and selection, as well as an on site stylist. It is best to make an appointment. Discontinued styles are available exclusively online.
What are Freeda Discontinued Wigs?
In addition to our featured collections, we sell hundreds of wigs at up to 80% off. Which wigs get discounted?
All Freeda wigs are handcrafted of the highest quality, unprocessed hair. However, individual wigs may be produced in a length or other specification that does not match our current production or on caps that we no longer use (e.g., stretch, skin-part). When this happens, the wig may be sold at a reduced price rather than returned to our factory. A wig may also be discounted if it was on display as a sample or if it was precut. Discounted wigs are for sale exclusively on Freeda.com until sold out.
Is there a warranty?Wigs are under warranty for 6 months against all manufacturing defects. Discontinued wigs are final sale once the 10 day return allowance has passed.
How do I secure my wig?
There are various methods for securing your wig.
Your wig will come with two clips on the ear tabs and a comb on the front. Additional clips and combs can be added to suit your preference and are available for purchase on our website. Clips and combs can easily be removed.
We sell a FreedaBand, a comfortable lightweight band, which eliminates the need for any clips or combs and will hold your wig securely in place.
Our wig caps are also compatible with wig glue or tape.
Will my health insurance pay for my wig?
Many insurance companies pay for wigs for individuals going through hair loss. Please call your insurance company and ask them if you are covered for a ‘cranial prosthetic’ under your plan. If you are, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary purchase documentation for your claim.
