Returns & Replacements
Because of the nature of our products we have a 3 day return policy. We offer a money-back guarantee for any wig that is sent back to us within three days of buyer's receipt with all the tags intact, unaltered and unworn and in its original condition. After 3 days, we do not take any returns. To keep our prices low, shipping is not refundable.

Warranty
Wigs are warrantied for 6 months against all manufacturing defects. Discontinued wigs are not warrantied.
