Place your order by Thursday, April 10 by 2:00 pm EDT in order to ship before the Holiday. Orders placed after this time will be processed when we reopen.

Returns & Replacements
Because of the personal nature of our product, we offer a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your wig. We accept wigs postmarked within 3 days after you receive it, provided it is returned unaltered and unworn with original tags intact. Shipping is not refundable.
To help you find the Freeda you love, you may also exchange your wig within 3 days of receiving it for one up to the same value. Shipping is free (for US orders) when exchanging. To take advantage of our exchange policy, please email email@example.com.
